Policies
Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at Hair by Rachel.
Appointments Required
Appointments are required. If you haven't done so yet, use my online booking service to schedule your appointment or head over to my New Client page if you are looking for color or perm services.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so you are here and ready to get styled for your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to appointment time. If it is within the 24 hours, you must call 615-447-8499. If you cancel within a 24 hour period, there is a 100% cancellation fee for your service.
Guest Policy
I have 2 waiting chairs inside my studio for friends or family to come with you.
Payment Options
For payment, I can take cash, card, or Apple/Samsung pay.
Private Appointments
If you book a 30 minute service or less by itself, it is possible that someone will be processing with a chemical service that will be in the room with us. If you require a private appointment, please text 615-447-8499.
